Our family real estate business began with Rain Garcia, who entered the industry in 2015 after experiencing firsthand how important communication and trusted guidance are when buying and selling a home. A Colorado native and U.S. Air Force veteran, Rain built her career around integrity, service, strong negotiation, and protecting her clients’ interests. Her experience includes complex transactions, military relocation, investment properties, and working alongside attorneys and other professionals when a transaction requires specialized expertise.
Ricardo Garcia joined the family business while living in Fort Collins, helping expand the team’s presence throughout Northern Colorado. Today, Ricardo leads Properties Colorado, bringing together real estate expertise with a focus on relationships, technology, marketing, and systems designed to better serve clients. Known for being authentic, knowledgeable, and a strong listener, Ricardo approaches real estate as a trusted advisor: putting the client first, providing clear guidance, and bringing in the right professionals whenever additional expertise is needed.
Ashley Garcia brings another complementary perspective to the family business. With strengths in interior design and home staging, she helps clients understand both how a property functions today and what it could become. After reactivating her real estate license, Ashley is also expanding her role in sales while contributing to the team’s marketing, administration, staging, and client experience.
Together, Rain, Ricardo, and Ashley combine three different sets of strengths with one shared philosophy: serve people well, communicate clearly, and build relationships that last beyond the closing table.
